Frequently Asked Question!

The biggest difference lies in our unique “Hybrid Method” and advanced “Fogponics” technology. By combining the blessings of Kyoto’s natural environment with data-driven, optimally controlled cultivation, we achieve a prominent “sweetness” and “rich aroma” within the wasabi’s heat. Another key feature is our stability, allowing us to deliver the highest quality product year-round, unaffected by the weather.
This is a program where you become the owner of one cultivation row (approximately 200 plants). During the one-year contract period, our team will responsibly manage the entire cultivation process. At the end of the term, the entire harvest from that row—including the rhizome, leaves, and stems—belongs to you. You are free to use it for personal consumption, as special gifts, or even for original product development.
Yes, you can. We also offer high-quality wasabi “leaves” and “stems (petioles),” which are characterized by their refreshing spiciness and beautiful green color. They have been highly acclaimed by many food development companies, especially as an ingredient for Western and Japanese confectionery and various condiments. Please see our “Products & Investment” page for details.
Our Fogponics facility is a clean, isolated environment. Because we do not use soil, there is no risk of soil-borne diseases or pests. Furthermore, by maintaining optimal temperature and humidity, the wasabi plants themselves grow healthy and strong. This enables us to cultivate our products without the use of any pesticides.
Yes, we do. We have experience working with restaurants and food manufacturers overseas. The optimal shipping method varies by country, region, and order size, so please feel free to contact us via our inquiry page to discuss your needs.
Our goal is not simply to increase production volume. We aim to solve the social issue of “abandoned farmland” (耕作放棄地), which many rural areas in Japan face, by using our technology and the market potential of wasabi. Contributing to regional revitalization and creating a sustainable future for agriculture are also vital parts of our mission.
